Will it rust in Indian humidity?
Not indoors. The steel is electrostatically powder-coated and baked, which seals it far better than spray paint — it handles coastal humidity, monsoon air and kitchen steam. Keep it indoors or on a covered balcony and the 2-year warranty covers you.
Is it heavy? Will my wall hold it?
Lighter than it looks — cut from sheet steel, not cast. Most large panels are 3–5 kg spread across two or more hanging points. Any concrete or brick wall handles that with the plugs supplied. On a drywall partition, use a toggle anchor instead.
Will the colour match the photos?
Very closely, with one honest caveat: metallic highlights are brushed on by hand, so the depth of gold varies slightly piece to piece. That variation is the mark of real metalwork. If it isn't what you hoped for, the 7-day return covers you.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace it free. Every parcel ships insured in a foam-lined double-corrugated carton. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement goes out — you don't pay return shipping.
Do you deliver to my city? Is COD available?
Free shipping to every serviceable pincode in India — metros in 3–5 days, elsewhere 5–8. Enter your pincode at checkout for the exact date and to see whether Cash on Delivery is available on your route.
How do I clean it?
Dust weekly with a dry microfibre cloth, working along the grain. Never use water, alcohol or household cleaner on gold or brass-foil sections — it dulls the metallic leaf. A barely-damp cloth is safe on powder-coated areas.
Can I order a custom size or colour?
Usually yes — these are made by hand, so scaling a design or shifting a palette is often possible. Custom work takes 3–4 weeks and is quoted individually. Message us with the design and dimensions you need.
