1. Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it is delivered.
Before disposing of the packaging, please:

Retain the original packaging until you are satisfied with the condition of the product.
If possible, record an unboxing video, especially for fragile products such as mirrors and marble furniture.
2. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. What Is Not Covered
This policy does not cover:

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Improper installation or assembly.

Normal wear and tear.

Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings.

Natural variations in marble veining, texture, or finish.

Minor handcrafted variations that do not affect functionality.

Damage caused by exposure to moisture, chemicals, excessive heat, or outdoor conditions (unless specifically designed for outdoor use).
6. Return of Damaged Products
In some cases, we may arrange a pickup for the damaged product before dispatching a replacement.
Customers are requested to:

7. False or Fraudulent Claims
Loomed & Co. reserves the right to reject claims that are found to be false, misleading, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.
