Return & Refund Policy

At Loomed & Co., we take pride in delivering premium-quality home décor and furniture. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product due to a manufacturing issue.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be retained.

  • The product should not show signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery.

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Products with normal wear and tear.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture caused by screen settings.

  • Natural variations in marble, wood, or handcrafted finishes.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Products returned after the specified return period.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The damaged product

    • The shipping label

  2. Record an unboxing video, if available.

  3. Email the images, video, and your order number to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.

Once approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

Where possible, eligible products will be replaced instead of refunded.

If the same product is unavailable:

  • You may choose an alternative product of equal value.

  • A refund may be processed if a replacement cannot be arranged.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

Loomed & Co. will arrange the return pickup or bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to approval.

8. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot usually be cancelled. If accepted under exceptional circumstances, applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.

9. Quality Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature of some of our décor items and the natural characteristics of materials such as marble, slight variations in texture, veining, or finish are considered normal and are not treated as manufacturing defects.
