At Loomed & Co., we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If your cancellation request is approved:

The order will be cancelled.

A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, any return or replacement request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Customised or Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
These products are manufactured specifically for your order and are therefore not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.
4. Cancellation by Loomed & Co.
In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:

Incorrect pricing or product information.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery restrictions to the provided address.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel your prepaid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancelled orders:

Refunds are initiated after cancellation confirmation.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
